Business Development Manager – Fintech / Healthcare Payments (Hybrid)

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 remote)**
Salary: £50,000–£70,000 basic + uncapped monthly commission (OTE around £100,000)
Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Kasmir Associates are exclusively recruiting for an innovative Fintech start-up, who are transforming how private medical and cosmetic clinics handle payments.

With offices in Central London and Dubai, this fast-growing company is redefining payment solutions in the private healthcare space — partnering with high-end dental, aesthetic, and medical practices across London

Their cutting-edge platform lets clinics manage everything in one place — from physical and virtual terminals to secure online payment links, fully integrated with QuickBooks, Xero, and leading practice management systems.

The Opportunity

If you’re a dynamic, target-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals — this is your chance to join a fintech scale-up making waves in the healthcare industry.

You’ll manage the entire sales cycle — from generating leads and booking demos to onboarding new clients and driving long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Prospect and generate warm leads in the private healthcare and dental sectors.

* Book and deliver engaging product demos for clinic owners and practice managers.

* Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and uncover their business needs.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and client satisfaction.

* Manage all opportunities through HubSpot, keeping a strong pipeline of 4–5 new approvals monthly.

What We’re Looking For

* Ideally 3 years plus experience in fintech, merchant services, or healthcare payments experience

* Proven success in B2B sales or business development.

* Strong understanding of payment systems (Worldpay, Link Payments, Barclays Merchant Services).

* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

* Motivated, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of your patch.

The Package

* Base Salary: £50,000–£70,000 (DOE)

* Uncapped monthly commission: OTE around over £100,000 per annum

* Benefits: Private medical insurance

* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

* Hybrid: 2 days in Central London
