Oliver Bernard are working with a fast-scaling FinTech who are building the next generation of digital banking for ambitious and high-growth businesses.
We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead a high performing engineering squad, working on a cloud-native banking platform shaping products that directly influence customer outcomes and economic growth.
This role will involve leading a cross functional squad of up to 6 full stack engineers, and you will own technical delivery end to end, working closely with product, design and stakeholders. This role will involve a mix of hands on coding and technical/team leadership.
This will be a strong fit if you enjoy fast-paced environments (think start-up within a scale-up) and want real ownership over your work.
You’ll need to be pro-AI and already be using AI-assisted tools and agents such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex, etc.
Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, MySQL, GCP/AWS, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, TDD.
This is a flexible hybrid role and the team are meeting up 1-2 days a week in London.
Salary is paying between £110k-£130k plus a strong benefits package (including bonus and equity).
