Azure Support Engineer – Billing and Subscription Management
We are on the lookout for a Azure Support Engineer to join a Global Tech Giant to help drive their customer support team with one eye-one on progressing their business.
Working as part of a team who is customer obsessed with strong experience working around customer billing and subscriptions. Having the capability to identify, analyze and resolve issues for customers daily.
Liaising with Enterprise customers, your workload will range from problem identification to full resolution supporting clients via Phone, Email or Web.
Experience:
* Customer Billing and Subscription Experience
* Microsoft Azure Understanding (Certification Ideal)
* Technical Support Experience
* Strong Microsoft Excel Experience
Contract Details:
* Competitive PAYE Contract
* 18 Months Length
* Fully Remote – UK Based
