Position Description

At CGI, we know that exceptional leadership is made possible by exceptional support. That's why we're looking for a highly organised and ambitious Personal Assistant to play a vital role in enabling our executive management team to focus on driving strategy, delivering client success, and shaping the future of our business. By providing proactive, high-quality support, you'll help us accelerate growth, strengthen collaboration, and ensure our leaders have the time and clarity to make high-impact decisions. This is a hybrid opportunity, giving you the flexibility to balance life and work while contributing directly to the success of one of our most dynamic business units.

CGI was recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 and has been named a UK 'Best Employer' by the Financial Times. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, plus a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI Partner not just an employee. We are committed to inclusivity, building a genuinely diverse community of tech talent and inspiring everyone to pursue careers in our sector, including our Armed Forces, and are proud to hold a Gold Award in recognition of our support of the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant. Join us and you'll be part of an open, friendly community of experts. We'll train and support you in taking your career wherever you want it to go.

Your future duties and responsibilities

In this role, you will provide seamless support to Vice Presidents and the wider leadership team, ensuring that our executives have the structure and organisation they need to lead effectively. You'll coordinate schedules, streamline processes, and anticipate needs, enabling leaders to focus on both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic programmes. Your role will be pivotal in keeping projects moving smoothly, maintaining governance, and supporting a culture of collaboration and delivery.

You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your work, using your organisational skills and proactive approach to make a tangible difference across the business unit. You'll be supported by colleagues who value teamwork and creativity, and you'll play a central role in fostering a well-organised, efficient, and engaging working environment for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage complex calendars and diaries for senior leaders
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and governance forums
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and catering logistics
* Handle procurement processes and eProcurement approvals
* Manage holiday requests, timesheets, and expense submissions
* Maintain visibility tools, dashboards, and internal reporting systems
* Support desk and room bookings for onsite collaboration
* Provide general administrative support and respond to ad hoc needs

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
To succeed, you should bring proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent IT skills will be key to thriving in this role.

You should demonstrate:

* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (preferred)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to supporting senior stakeholders

Together, as owners, let's turn meaningful insights into action.
Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging. Here, you'll reach your full potential because…

You are invited to be an owner from day 1 as we work together to bring our Dream to life. That's why we call ourselves CGI Partners rather than employees. We benefit from our collective success and actively shape our company's strategy and direction.

Your work creates value. You'll develop innovative solutions and build relationships with teammates and clients while accessing global capabilities to scale your ideas, embrace new opportunities, and benefit from expansive industry and technology expertise.

You'll shape your career by joining a company built to grow and last. You'll be supported by leaders who care about your health and well-being and provide you with opportunities to deepen your skills and broaden your horizons.

Come join our team—one of the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world.
