Job Title: Tutor with SEN Experience

South East England, Surrey, Woking
Salary:
£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create and implement tailored educational plans for each student based on their specific needs
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve academic progress
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support
* Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in Education or Special Education
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of various learning disabilities and SEN support strategies
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in Special Education
* Experience with assistive technology for students with SEN
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time role with flexible hours
* Work closely with students in educational settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
