We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our multi-faceted team on a self-employed basis.
You will be expected to provide the highest standard of care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, by consistently delivering against our well-established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.
As a great communicator and self-achiever, you will be able to build long-lasting and fruitful relationships with your client base, as well as working alongside and in conjunction with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Sports Therapists, and Personal Trainers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take professional responsibility as a Chiropractor, with high-level decision-making, autonomy, and clinical reasoning skills, to triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload.
* Adopt a confident, consultative approach with new clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments for lasting outcomes.
* Attract and retain clients at excellent levels, with an active patient management approach.
* Build and maintain excellent referral relationships with external partnerships such as sports clubs, gym instructors, PTs, and consultants.
* Comply with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations to ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience.
* Continuously develop as a Chiropractor, including attending external conferences and events for professional growth.
* Communicate effectively with referring parties to ensure clients receive continuous and uninterrupted care.
* Proactively attract new and returning clients through initiatives like leading corporate workshops, in collaboration with the partnerships manager.
* Support the clinic’s multidisciplinary team in developing service improvements when needed.
* Abide by the GCC’s Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour.
Required Experience/Qualifications
* BSc (Hons) Chiropractic degree
* Full registration with the GCC
* Ability to work autonomously while following Bodyset’s clinical pathways
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
* Experience in generating new business and managing your own client caseload
* Previous experience in the private healthcare sector
* Over 1 year of relevant postgraduate clinical experience
