Job Title: Bid Manager Job Type: Permanent Location: Remote (with travel to head office & client sites as required) Hours: 40 hours per week, additional hours as needed Purpose of the Role: The Bid Manager will oversee the end-to-end bid process for facilities management and property management contracts. You will be responsible for generating high-quality, persuasive tender responses tailored to client needs. The role demands excellent multi-tasking, under pressure, to meet submission deadlines. You will work closely with the commercial team, clients, and suppliers to ensure bids are comprehensive, compliant, and compelling. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the bid process from qualification to submission. Develop win strategies and key selling points in collaboration with teams. Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for necessary bid data. Ensure bid compliance and manage timelines for all contributors. Conduct post-bid reviews to improve future submissions.
