As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager / Valuer to lead our team and drive the success of our branch.
The Role
* Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new instructions
* Leading, motivating, and developing a new branch within an established area
* Ensuring targets are met and customer satisfaction remains at the highest level
* Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local partners
* Driving marketing activity and maintaining brand standards
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister, or Branch Manager or Sales Negotiator looking to make their next step in estate agency
* Strong knowledge of the Scottish property market
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A proactive, target-driven attitude
* Leadership ability with a focus on coaching and development
* Full UK driving licence
* Comfortable presenting properties and pushing our brand via our social media platforms
