Your new role
The purpose of this role is to support the Maintenance Ops Stores and Workshop Team Leader and Maintenance Ops Manager in providing a world-class repair and build service to clients' customers. You will maximize team effectiveness and productivity, ensuring all contractual SLAs and efficiency metrics are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with peers in Enterprise Field Service to support and implement improvement strategies, performing above and beyond in workshop functions to meet contractual SLAs.
Responsibilities
* Carry out warranty and break-fix repairs on products supported by the company, including laptops, desktops, switches, routers, and printers.
* Understand networking technologies.
* Install operating systems across networks via SCCM, PXE, and USB.
* Use SSH, Telnet, and Putty for equipment configuration.
* Perform BIOS/Firmware updates for various equipment and manufacturers.
* Work knowledge of Active Directory.
* Experience with operating systems such as Linux, Windows 7, 8, 10 for configuration and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of encryption technologies like Bitlocker and McAfee Drive Encryption.

* Skills and relevant certifications to repair and build kit on all supported portfolios, including HPI/HPE, Lenovo, Dell, Cisco, and Draytek.
