Job Description
3. Lead and manage the product design team to deliver innovative and market-leading designs.
4. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
5. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and efficiency.
6. Develop and implement design strategies aligned with company objectives.
7. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations throughout the design process.
8. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product innovation.
9. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
10. Present design concepts and updates to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Product Design should have:
11. A degree in a relevant field such as product design, engineering, or industrial design.
12. Proven expertise in product design within injection moulding.
13. Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams.
14. Proficiency in design software 3D CAD.
15. Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
16. Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
17. Available to be on site 5 days a week.

18. Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000.
