Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career — or already a confident HR Adviser seeking a new challenge in a values-driven education Trust?
We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our central HR team supporting schools across the Trust. Working closely with Headteachers and senior leaders, you'll provide first-line HR advice and ensure consistent, compliant HR practice in areas such as recruitment, absence management, employee relations, and policy application.
This post can be appointed at Grade 8 for experienced HR Advisers who meet all the essential requirements of the post, or offered as a career-grade opportunity (starting from Grade 6) for someone with strong HR administration experience who is ready to grow into a fully qualified advisory role through structured development and CIPD study. You'll find the minimum expectations needed to apply for the career-grade role and more details about how the career grade structure works in the attachments.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is highly organised, proactive, and confident working with people at all levels.
* Has HR experience (ideally within education) and a sound understanding of safer recruitment and employment practices.
* Holds or is working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or willing to enrol).
