We’re looking for a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to be part of our dynamic team at Whitehouse Surgery, where every day brings the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care alongside an expert multi-disciplinary team. Whether you’re an experienced GP or at the beginning of your journey, we want to hear from you!
This is a part-time permanent job. We have 20 hours per week available, to be worked on Tuesdays and Fridays. The full-time for us is 40 hours per week.
Your Role
As a GP with OneMedical Group, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compliant care to our patients and communities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments.
2. Delivering planned and urgent primary care tailored to patient needs.
3. Proactively supporting patients with complex or long-term conditions to help them stay well.
4. Offering expert advice and guidance to support the wider MDT.
5. Upholding high standards of evidence-based, patient-focused care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
6. GMC-registered and listed on the GP Specialty Register (essential)
7. Included on the Performers List (essential)
8. Experienced in primary or urgent care, or newly qualified and eager to grow.
9. Skilled communicators with the ability to engage at all levels.
10. Organised and committed to providing high-quality care.

You’ll be part of a supportive local team, working closely with a diverse and skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) including Practice Nurses, ACPs, Wellbeing Advisors, Health Coaches, Physician Associates, and more. Additionally, you’ll benefit from guidance and resources provided by our NHS Services Leadership Team and central Support Centre.
