Sales Manager (Modular)

Denver, Colorado

$100,000 - $120,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits + Career Progression

Are you a proven Sales Leader with experience in manufacturing or modular construction, looking to join a fast-growing company where you can directly influence success and your own earnings?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with national growth plans, major investment, and a strong pipeline of projects. You will take ownership of driving new business, managing key accounts, and leading high-value deals from initial contact through to completion. In this role, you will lead business development efforts across the region, targeting key clients within the construction and manufacturing sectors. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and closing multi-phase project deals. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role that requires both strategic thinking and a strong track record of closing. You'll be supported by an experienced internal team and given the autonomy to build and grow your territory.

The Role:
* Lead and deliver sales strategies to secure high-value projects
* Identify, target, and develop relationships with key clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
* Work closely with internal teams on project scope, pricing, and delivery
* Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics

The Person:
* Proven experience in Sales Manager or Business Development roles
* Demonstrated success in securing and growing large accounts
* Modular manufacturing or construction experience
