The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a hands-on approach and a creative eye, someone who’s ready to help shape and grow the Flourish community. You’ll take ownership of our marketing presence across digital channels, working closely with both the Flourish and Apprentify Group marketing teams to tell our story, strengthen our brand, and engage our audience.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about content, community, and brand building within a dynamic, startup-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
* Write, edit, and upload engaging blog and website content, optimised for SEO and readability.
* Manage day-to-day website updates and ensure all content is accurate and on-brand.
Community & Brand Building
* Lead initiatives to grow and engage the Friends of Flourish community, nurturing relationships and building our brand presence online and offline.
* Execute brand and marketing strategies that strengthen awareness and foster belonging.
Creative & Visual Storytelling
* Capture and edit photos and videos from Discovery Days, events, and team moments for use across social media and marketing channels.
* Confidently use Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) to produce engaging visual content.
Social Media Management
* Plan, create, and schedule posts across all social platforms, engaging authentically with our audience.
* Monitor performance and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Collaboration & Campaigns
* Act as the key liaison between Flourish and the Apprentify Group central marketing team to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives.
* Contribute creative ideas and provide marketing support for Flourish programmes and events.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience as Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
* Proven experience with content management, community building, and brand execution
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing fundamentals
* Hands-on experience with videography and creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Canva
* A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset
* A genuine interest in personal and professional development
