Job Overview
This lovely family based in Westminster, London is looking for an after‑school nanny to care for their two school‑aged children. The role involves general nanny duties plus light housekeeping. The candidate should be flexible, professional, and ready to stay 2–3 evenings per week until about 10/11 pm (including the occasional Saturday evening). Russian or Spanish language skills are a bonus. A valid first‑aid qualification is required.
Responsibilities
* Prepare healthy meals and snacks
* Wash and dress the children
* Help with homework
* Conduct after‑school activities
* Design recreational activities promoting physical and mental development
* Maintain a clean and tidy environment for the children
* Organise arts and crafts
* Take the children to parks and playgrounds
* Prepare them for bed and read stories
* Perform light housekeeping tasks and ironing (the family has a regular cleaner for most chores)
Qualifications
* Valid first‑aid qualification
* Professional and flexible schedule
* Ability to stay late on evenings, 2–3 times per week on average
* Previous nanny or childcare experience preferred
* Fluency in Russian or Spanish is a bonus

£16 to £21 gross per hour
