Children With Disabilities Advanced Social Worker, SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL
We have an opportunity to join our Children with Disabilities team in Woking as an Advanced Social Worker. When not working in the community, we support flexible working arrangements, including home and office work, to promote a healthy work-life balance.
The salary range for this role is £46,399 - £49,588 per annum, with a potential additional financial package of up to £6,000 payable in three installments within the first 18 months.

Role Responsibilities
The Advanced Social Worker will line manage Family Support Workers, provide supervision, and handle escalated cases requiring further assessment and intervention. You will also support complex reviews and contribute to multidisciplinary teamwork.
