Our clients’ students include those with an additional diagnosis of autism and/or physical/sensory disabilities. We are currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. Our client school ethos revolves around high expectations for both their learners and staff. With their "small schools" and small class sizes, they ensure that every student receives consistent and supportive attention tailored to their individual needs. Their ultimate goal is to facilitate enjoyable learning experiences, challenge students, and empower them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Providing support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with severe and complex learning difficulties, autism, and physical/sensory disabilities. Assisting in the implementation of individualized educational plans. Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the specific needs of each student. Encouraging student engagement and participation in learning activities. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs. Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
