This Newcastle based Housing Association is transforming its operations by putting technology at the centre of its business solutions. As a Business Analyst, you'll conduct detailed business analysis to support the delivery of key projects and drive continuous improvement across organisational and change processes.
In this role you will be supporting them as they are looking to overhaul their internal systems which they need a BA to come in and help steer them in the right direction.
You will support the IT team and strategy to provide digital systems that are customer focused, easy to use, available near 24x7, reliable, flexible, and meet the needs of all our stakeholders.
As a Digital Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements that enable effective change and improved services
* Running workshops with stakeholders across the organisation
* Delivering and supporting the production of functional and non-functional requirements, business process mapping/modelling supporting technology changes
* Designing and delivering targeted system reviews using Agile methodologies to streamline operations
* Working effectively alongside technical Project Managers to advance the business using insights you gather
* Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and support future-state planning and project benefits measurement
* Building strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery
What they're looking for:
* A business-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams and project managers
* Experience supporting IT / Systems change projects.
* Exposure to housing systems would be advantageous
* Professional curiosity someone who questions existing methods and investigates better approaches
* A strong analytical and problem-solving approach to work
* Previous experience in social housing or the real estate sector
