The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) joins professionals from social care, the police, health, housing, and other critical services to protect children who may be at risk. It plays a crucial role in ensuring families receive the right help, at the right time. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our MASH team. In this key role, you’ll handle a broad range of social work responsibilities and play a part in safeguarding decision-making. You’ll be confident managing complex cases and have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and best practice. Your professional judgment will be essential to making informed decisions that keep our work effective, legally compliant, and always focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families. The person we are looking for will have: QCF level 2 in English and Maths or ability to pass assessment at interview. Knowledge and understanding of the Children Act 1989. Recognised Social Work qualification and current registration with the professional regulatory body.
