 
        
        Prospero Teaching are working with a school based in Rochdalefor a admin/receptionist temporary to permanent positions starting at the end of September. Key Responsibilities:
 * Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
 * Managing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence
 * Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day administration
 * Maintaining accurate records and databases
 * Assisting with pupil admissions, attendance, and safeguarding records
 * Preparing reports, letters, and documentation as required
 * General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the school office
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in an administrative role (school admin experience desirable but not essential)
 * Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, SIMS experience advantageous)
 * Excellent organisational and communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
 * Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
 * Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)
