Join a team where you take technical ownership of additive processes for New Product Introduction. You prepare AM build data in CAD, create depowdering programs and clear instructions, troubleshoot issues, and support production. You collaborate across departments and communicate with customers when needed to keep projects moving. You support teammates and drive continuous improvement in industrialization procedures. Your work helps customers adopt AM while meeting MSL manufacturing and customer requirements.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Define and generate AM build jobs using NX, Magics, EOSPrint, and QuantAM.
2. Create manufacturing drawings and instructions that meet MSL manufacturing and customer requirements.
3. Reduce risks by leading PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Gated Reviews.
4. Partner with engineering to maintain and improve industrialisation procedures in line with industry standards, and collaborate with R&D on new technology projects.
5. Support customers in adopting AM through your assigned projects and clear, considerate communication.
What You Bring
6. Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on LPBF/SLM.
7. Proficiency with additive preparation suites (Magics or similar) and CAD (NX or similar).
8. Experience generating manufacturing drawings and solid knowledge of design fundamentals.
9. Competence with MS Office.
10. Confidence discussing, explaining, and debating complex technical problems with the team and, at times, directly with customers.
