Our expertise is in the provision of neurorehabilitation for our patients. We presently have 42 in-patient beds and provide outpatient physiotherapy for the local community. About the role: We are looking for a friendly, organised and confident part time receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping people and being the welcoming face of Holy Cross. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception area. Key Responsibilities Greet Visitors, families with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls and manage enquiries Manage the smooth running and diary management of the Physiotherapy Centre Support with day-to-day office duties Processing invoices/credit control and banking. About You Excellent communication and people skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to help Comfortable using emails and office software.
