Who You'll Be Supporting
Fiennes House is a 12‑bed purpose‑built residential home for adults with complex care needs, learning disabilities or autism, some of whom may have challenging behaviour. Everyone benefits from a large sensory room that stimulates senses using lights, sounds, music, and touch, which includes a heated waterbed and materials for sensory experiences.
The people we support are very active, often getting out and about and engaging with the local community. They enjoy art classes, trampolining, music, gardening in the sensory garden, and community activities.
If you want to make a positive impact, Fiennes House is the place for you. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to empower someone to live life boldly and independently as part of a close‑knit team. If you're compassionate, resilient, and ready to learn, it’s your moment. It’s hands‑on, heart‑led, and brilliant.
