Abri places the voice of customers at the heart of our business. As our Service Improvement Co-ordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our service delivery. Working collaboratively across business areas to identify areas for improvement, coordinate activities and initiatives to enhance the overall customer and colleague experience. This is a twelve months fixed term role.
You'll work alongside teams responsible for gathering and analysing customer feedback and lead working groups, established to address themes and opportunities to ensure that change and improvements are responsive and prioritised according to what our customers are telling us.

You'll be working from one of our offices either at Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF), Yeovil office (BA22 8WN) or our London office (W10 5BN) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
Interviews will take place on either 10 September 2025 or 12 September 2025 at one of our offices.
