The Finance Administrator is responsible for recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial operations of the organisation.
This role requires a meticulous and analytical individual with strong numerical and organisational skills.
Job Requirements
Essential:

Desirable:
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Nav).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Job Responsibilities
* Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
* Process invoices and expenses accurately and in a timeous manner
* Deal with queries (internal and external) and escalations
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
* Maintain documentation for auditing purposes.
