Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic Partnership team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver first‑class customer experience driving high levels of satisfaction on social housing refurbishment contracts.
* Be responsible to the Customer Care Manager and work within a wider delivery team.
* Successfully manage the workload across planned maintenance programmes.
* Maintain strong knowledge of internal and external programmes.
Qualifications
* Pro‑active, engaging individual with exceptional communication skills and customer service experience.
* Good administration skills, comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Ideal with some experience of CRM systems.
* Proven track record as a Senior Resident Liaison Officer in social housing refurbishment.
