What You’ll Be Doing
This role focuses on face-to-face residential sales.
* Direct Engagement: Interacting with customers in residential environments.
* Input-Based Success: Understanding that results are a direct outcome of consistent, high-quality inputs.
* Feedback Loops: Using every interaction (positive or negative) as data to refine your approach.
* Being Yourself: We want people who can talk to customers with the same baseline charisma they use with friends and family.

Our client provide the tools, but don't micromanage your every move:
* Light-Touch Mentorship: Support is available and tailored to you, not forced upon you. No "hype sessions" or forced "company culture" - just clear paths to improvement.

What You Can Look Forward To
* Uncapped commission – £150–£300/day typical for new starters, £300–£600+ with experience
* Flexible structure – many hit targets within 3–6 hours per day
