đźš— About the Role
As an Automotive Technical Trainer, you will deliver high-quality training to apprentices and learners, ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to succeed in today's fast-evolving automotive industry.
You will:
Deliver Level 2 Automotive Maintenance & Repair (Light Vehicle) training in line with current industry standards
Ensure all training reflects modern methods, emerging technologies, and manufacturer advancements
Apply effective instructional techniques to support a range of learning styles
Carry out assessments and maintain accurate trainee documentation in line with company policy
Deliver training in accordance with internal QA processes, awarding body requirements, and Health & Safety regulations
Provide welfare support and guidance to apprentices and employer partners
Maintain up-to-date technical expertise through ongoing CPD and awareness of industry developments
âś… What We're Looking For
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Automotive Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle)
Strong, hands-on industry experience
A passion for developing others
Excellent communication and organisational skills
No prior teaching experience required - fully funded teaching qualifications up to Level 4 are provided
