Salary: From £30,777 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
Hours: 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity for an experienced food and beverage professional to lead the catering operations at Bolsover Castle, delivering approximately £300,000 income per annum.
You will oversee all aspects of the F&B Operations including food safety, cost controls, compliance and menu planning.
You will line manage a team of Food & Beverage Assistants with support from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and will conduct PDRs, produce rotas and perform other relevant team management duties.
Qualifications
* Significant experience delivering an F&B operation and managing a diverse team.
* Demonstratable experience of previously managing an F&B outlet in a similar environment.
* Strong hospitality background, effectively motivating a team and outstanding organisational and efficiency skills.
