We’re seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Birmingham-based service, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs. About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in providing clinical leadership and operational oversight. You will act as a role model for best clinical practice, guiding and supporting a diverse team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their families.
