Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker in Ebenezer Chapel in Morriston and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Support Worker, you'll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. Role and Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
* Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.
* Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities.
* Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
* Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
* Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

* A variety of contracted hours available (22.5 to 45 hours per week)
