Premium Suites Operations Manager - Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
We are seeking a Premium Suites Operations Manager to join our passionate hospitality team at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £45,000 plus excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering first-class catering operations at the UK’s most technologically advanced stadium. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional guest experiences across premium hospitality areas during various events such as match days, concerts, and conferences.
Key responsibilities:
1. Facilitate day-to-day catering operations to exceed guest expectations.
2. Champion exceptional service and a guest-focused culture, utilizing client and customer feedback.
3. Manage conference & events planning and delivery, including labour planning, health & safety, compliance, P&L reporting, and reconciliation.
4. Support team development and recruitment.
5. Drive innovation in events, including customer journey mapping, market trend analysis, and client walkthroughs.
6. Create SOPs for all event deliverables.
7. Prioritize allergies and dietary requirements in liaising with kitchen staff.
8. Maintain relationships and schedules with internal and external clients.
Qualifications include previous experience in luxury hotel or venue C&E operations, experience in stadium or event catering is a bonus, and the ability to work flexible hours. Strong leadership, communication, organization skills, and a passion for quality service are essential.
