Senior Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of cooks and supporting the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen.

* Working closely with the purchasing department to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory.
* Developing and implementing new menu ideas and concepts.
* Monitoring kitchen operations and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
