Job Description

* Manage and develop relationships with key wholesale clients to achieve sales targets: Wholesale Customers such as Planet Organic
* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutual profitability.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
* Provide exceptional service to maintain and strengthen client loyalty.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Manager - Wholesale should have:

* Proven experience managing key accounts within the FMCG industry.
* A strong understanding of wholesale operations and sales processes.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
