Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
* Act as the main point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
* Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process, keeping all parties informed and updated.
* Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
* Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sales, maintaining a high level of customer service.
* Ensure all sales progression activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Prepare and present regular reports on sales progression activities to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A strong understanding of the property, mortgage, and conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
