Your new role
1. Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing
2. Diagnosing faults andpleting remedial works to a high standard
3. Ensuringpliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
4. Working across occupied and empty (void) properties
5. Participating in a call‑out rota with additional payments
6. Delivering excellent customer service to residents
What you'll need to succeed
7. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
8. 18th Edition
9. Experience in domestic or social housing environments
10. Strong problem‑solving skills and a professional approach
11. Full UK driving licence
