Own and scale the full marketing function at a breakout AI startup defining a brand new enterprise category
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 8+ years of experience in a high growth B2B marketing role.
* Proven track record of creating repeatable systems and real pipeline impact.
* You are a full funnel marketing generalist who can build the function from zero and own strategy through execution.
* Confident shaping a new category or a standout operator with exceptional execution and storytelling skills.
* Operates with pace, works independently, and knows how to navigate early stage startup environments.
About the Role:
* Build and own the entire marketing engine across positioning, content, demand generation, paid growth, and outbound programmes.
* Drive category education and narrative development for an emerging space in enterprise AI.
* Partner closely with founders and GTM to tie marketing activity directly to revenue outcomes and pipeline acceleration.
* Represent the business in the market through content, events, and strategic partnerships to build credibility and trust in a new category.
* Create scalable processes, systems, and experiments to turn early traction into sustained growth.
