Overview
Oliver House School are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants who can adapt their practice to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting pupils with their work and supporting pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher and pupils with educational activities across key stages.
* Assist with pupil behaviour and learning needs, responding to individual requirements.
* Establish positive relationships with pupils and act as a role model.
* Collaborate with the Education team to provide a supportive learning environment.
