Role Overview: As a BDR at Loxo, you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. Maintain and update CRM with accurate information. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in a BDR or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hungry & motivated! Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
