Your dream role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to look after the facilities at our Farnborough site!
Main responsibilities:
8. Administration of 3rd party FM service provider.
9. Ensure sufficient 3rd party services are in place for site and stakeholder requirements.
10. Ensure service provider SLA and KPI are created and are met.
11. Regularly engage with site stakeholders to gauge and improve customer satisfaction and service.
12. Environmental management and reporting
13. H&S coordination and reporting.
14. Site functional administration.
15. Alignment to Group Facilities and other functional strategies
16. Implementation and adherence to ADL policies
What you will bring:
17. FM competency – level 4 qualification or equivalent MIWFM
18. Nebosh General Certificate
19. Environmental Management Certificate
20. Previous experience of outsourced TFM contracts.
21. Demonstrable knowledge of FM service delivery and maintenance strategies/standards.
22. Supplier Relationship Management experience
23. Knowledge of setting and managing 3rd party SLA and KPI’s
24. Knowledge of CI techniques and lean methodologies.
25. Knowledge of customer service, satisfaction, and quality management standards.
26. Environmental management experience.
27. Financial planning, monitoring, and control experience.
