The Paid Social Manager will lead on the planning, activation, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, ensuring they meet clear performance goals. Working alongside strategists, content creators, and the wider performance team, you’ll manage everything from audience targeting and creative direction to reporting and client communication.
What We’re Looking For...
* Previous hands-on experience running paid social campaigns in an agency setting
* Proven success managing large budgets and delivering strong ROI across platforms
* Strong understanding of targeting strategy, data analysis, and campaign optimisation
* Experience in both B2B and B2C
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working independently, managing multiple accounts and timelines
* Passion for paid media and enthusiasm for testing new tools and trends
