Advanced Occupational Therapist – Inpatients
Location: Marylebone, Greater London
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + excellent benefits

The Role:

As an Advanced Occupational Therapist, you will:

* Manage your own caseload independently, delivering best-practice assessments and treatment interventions.
* Work across a varied inpatient caseload, including PICU, cardiac, NICU, and rehabilitation.
* Support outpatients with needs such as neurorehab, autism, sensory processing, developmental delays, learning difficulties, and seating assessments.
* Supervise junior staff and work closely with the Lead OT on service development and exciting new projects.
* Contribute to the continuous growth of the department while broadening your own expertise.

What You'll Bring:

* HCPC registration.
* Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Experience working as a Band 7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist.
* Strong background in inpatient and hospital-based settings.
* Demonstrated involvement in service development.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
