Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer (Contract – 9 Months)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join the team on a 9-month contract to provide cover during a period of paternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
2. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions
3. Build and optimise data models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
4. Leverage modern tools such as Copilot and data agents to enhance reporting and insights
5. Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across reporting solutions
6. Support ongoing improvements in data visualisation and analytics capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
7. Proven Experience as a Power BI Developer in a Senior or lead capacity
8. Strong hands-on Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related data technologies
9. Familiarity with Copilot and/or data agents for analytics or automation
10. Solid understanding of data modelling and data visualisation best practices
11. Experience working with business stakeholders in a delivery-focused environment
