INTERMEDIATE ACCOUNTANT - SOUTHPORT/HYBRID - WELL-ESTABLISHED FIRM - 60k-65k (JOB ID 746)

The Role
* Prepare tax returns and compliance documents
* Assist with audits, including management rights
* Support integration of newly acquired firms
* Work with SMSFs and assist with software transitions (MYOB to Xero)
* Engage in client-facing activities and build strong relationships
* Support and guide junior team members
* Contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture
About You
* 3+ Years' experience
* CA/CPA qualified
* Experience in business services, tax returns and compliance
* Understanding of Australian accounting standards (CA or working towards highly regarded)
* Experience or exposure to audits and management rights (desirable)
* Familiar with MYOB, Xero or similar accounting software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
