Service Delivery Manager IT, M365, ServiceNow, Hybrid (4d/w London)
This is a permanent Service Delivery Manager opportunity with a leading London-based tech organisation.
Responsibilities
 * Oversee IT operations and a small Support & Infrastructure team (around 10 staff)
 * Create and manage SLA, KPIs, OLAs; ITIL compliant
 * Strong M365, SharePoint, Cloud (Azure & AWS), and ServiceNow experience
 * Stakeholder and third-party management; manage relationships and SLAs with 3rd party suppliers and internal teams
 * CyberSecurity awareness and compliance; IT and Software Asset Management
 * Lead and collaborate with internal teams and vendors
 * Desirable: Prince2, ITIL v4+ certifications; any M&A experience
Qualifications
 * Proven commercial track record as a Service Delivery Manager in complex IT environments
 * Infrastructure, M365, ServiceNow, ITIL
 * Team and vendor management; SLAs, KPIs, RFI, OLAs
 * CyberSecurity, Compliance/Data protection; SharePoint
 * Cloud (Azure & AWS)
 * Desirable: ITIL, Prince2, MS certifications; Hands-on technical background
Role details
Hybrid role starting with 4 days a week in central London, reducing to 3 days after 3 months; remaining time remote.
Location: London (office-based on-site required 4 days per week at start; day can vary)
