Social Media Executive | THG Luxury Working across our Luxury sites, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for working on all social media channels, producing content, reviewing performance, and building on the social media strategy to constantly improve on main KPIs. A passion for luxury brands and ecommerce is a must with an eye for industry trends both inside of work and as a hobby in your spare time. Responsibilities Produce and schedule all social media content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and others. Work with the Social Media Manager and Head of Brand to develop the social media strategy in line with brand guidelines and work towards KPIs. Grow our social media following, reach and engagement by creating original and captivating organic content which meets our brand guidelines and suits our customer demographics. Film engaging video content (TikTok, Reels) ensuring assets are optimised for each platform. Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, influencer and event activity to drive engagement and follower growth Work on influencer outreach to creative organic content to be posted on our channels to drive engagement and follower growth. Build brand awareness of Lux sites and be the brand custodian for all social channels. Report on social channel insights and work with the Social Media Manager to analyse results and drive social performance. Responsible for day-to-day community management across all platforms, building engagement with our audience. Helping to manage TikTok shop. Requirements Relevant bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred) A least one year of experience working in a social media role with Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Pinterest with hands-on management of social media accounts A passionate and creative content creator who is confident producing original organic stills and videos on phones and is happy to feature within content from time to time. Demonstrate experience building social media audiences and engagement Experience with social media analytics and optimisation techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns Creative writing skills A passion for luxury fashion and home is a must
