Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.
This is a residential role working at either our Holmewood, Chesterfield service. The role involves working on a varied rota (which is set monthly) and will include evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
We prefer to promote internally and have excellent career development opportunities to support you in your role, including monthly staff awards and a management training programme.
Bank/occasional, part time and full-time contracts are available.
No uniform is required.
