🧠What You’ll Be Doing:
* Covering brand-new care packages across Plymouth as they come in
* Introducing the service to new clients, completing initial visits, building rapport, and gathering key information
* Supporting and mentoring new or junior carers during the initial stages
* Handing over the care package once embedded, then moving on to support the next new service user
* Acting as a senior field representative for Home Life Carers and CCH – embodying our values, upholding quality, and ensuring care is delivered right from day one
