New Business Sales Executive
Location: Crewe (on-site)
Package: Negotiable + Bonus + Benefits
This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of our Insurance team based in Crewe. The main requirement for the role is to provide excellent service to both new and existing customers, utilizing strong sales and negotiation skills to maximize new business opportunities. We’re a business built on developing and progressing our team, with several managers and directors having started out in this or similar roles.
About You
* The successful applicants should have at least 12 months of sales or customer service experience. Insurance experience is desirable but not essential; product training will be provided.
* You’ll be a good communicator with strong numerical and verbal skills.
The Day To Day
* Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
* Uphold the company’s mission statement and values.
* Responsible for achieving individual income targets.
* Achieve new business case count and retention targets.
* Maximize sales opportunities by proactively selling and securing additional business.
* Raise underwriting concerns and rate risks appropriately.
* Complete administrative tasks accurately, including post, diary, and account queries.
* Maintain a consistent pass rate on call observations.
* Handle complaints effectively, resolving minor issues and following the company’s complaints process.
* Build relationships with insurers and customers, both internally and externally.
* Prioritize all client communication (phone, email, in-person) to ensure high customer service standards.
