Our clientâa fast-growing SaaS company transforming how restaurants manage inventoryâis looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their UK team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality operations (especially in cost control, inventory, procurement) whoâs ready to make the leap into Tech, or for someone with Customer Success experience within SaaS who has previously worked in hospitality and understands inventory and procurement.
This role will:
* Guide new customers through the onboarding and setup process.
* Provide day-to-day support to clients, and help them maximise the value of the platform.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations.
* Gather client feedback to inform feature development and customer success strategies.
* Analyse usage data and trends to identify upsell or engagement opportunities.
* Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot issues and shape platform improvements.
This role needs:
* A background in hospitality of cost control, procurement, inventory management or operations.
* Highly Desirable: experience in customer success, account management, or a related field (SaaS or tech preferred).
* Good understanding of hospitality inventory and procurement (either from ordering & stock counts, or from cost-control experience).
* To be based in the London area or a commutable distance for client meetings
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into client value.
* Comfort working independently in a startup environment.
